| 内容記述 | 2008年に小中学校の「学習指導要領」が改訂され，国語科には従来の「言語事項」に代わって「伝統的な言語文化と国語の特質に関する事項」が加わった。その結果，これまでは中学校の教科書に採録されていた古典が，小学校でも採録されることになり，高等学校での古典学習も視野に入れ，義務教育課程の古典教育を見直す必要が出てきた。教科書には定番教材が繰り返し採録されているので，生徒たちが飽きないような指導上の工夫や，「音読」に偏らない授業展開，多様な学習活動の実践や，重複を避けた学習内容の連続性も考慮すべきである。 The Ministry of Education, Cultural, Sports, Science and Technology regularly reviews its basic curriculumfor schools. The new education course guidelines for elementary and junior high schools were revised in 2008. The addition of ‘items related to traditional linguistic culture and characteristic of the Japanese language’ were included in the division of Kokugo (Japanese language education). As a result, Japanese classics must be taught in elementary schools as have been taught in junior high schools. The same famous classics of literature repeatedly appear in Kokugo textbooks of various grades, and it is necessary to consider new methods so as not to make students lose interest in classical Japanese. |
