| 内容記述 | 近年e ラーニングと対面型授業を組み合わせたブレンディッドラーニングが注目されてきている。本稿では，医療通訳教育への導入の検討を目的として，国内外のブレンディッドラーニングを用いた授業実践研究の先行研究を調査し，実践例の対象，受講料，主催，教育内容について調査した。さらに先行研究の医療通訳の学習項目を抽出し，ブレンディッドラーニングの適切性を考察した。抽出された先行研究結果より，ブレンディッドラーニングは医療通訳に関しては日本における実践研究としてまとめたものは見当たらなかったが，国内外での実践例が存在した。今後，医療通訳教育に関して，導入したブレンディッドラーニングをより効果的に実践するためには，授業の構成と実践，評価を通じて継続的に検討を行う必要がある。 This paper provides an overview of the healthcare interpreting course design in blended learning and e-learning, by searching courses through a literature review and website search. We presents and discusses target audience, fee, host, contents of expected courses, as exemplified by the healthcare interpreting course offered under the Postgraduate Program in the Universities, and other private sectors. The survey results revealed that the typical healthcare interpreting course in Japan is relatively long, and lectures only were provided as e-learning. Contents of the program and evaluation should be continuously reviewed to provide effective blended learning programs. This paper offers practical suggestions for better blended learning program in healthcare interpreting of the future in Japan and comparisons with other courses the author has reviewed. |
