We presents and discusses target audience, fee, host, contents of expected courses, as exemplified by the healthcare interpreting course offered under the Postgraduate Program in the Universities, and other private sectors. The survey results revealed that the typical healthcare interpreting course in Japan is relatively long, and lectures only were provided as e-learning. Contents of the program and evaluation should be continuously reviewed to provide effective blended learning programs.
