| 内容記述 | 近年，中国の経済発展は中国国内で様々な影響を及ぼしており，「国際的な舞台」で活躍できる人材の需要が高まっている。それに応じて，中国の高等教育は過去十数年の間に急激にカリキュラムと学位の改革を行っている。本研究は文理融合，副専攻，ダブル・ディグリー，バイリンガル教育，ツイニングプログラムに着目し，中国のランキング上位20 の大学を分析した。主な調査結果を以下に示す：文理融合と副専攻は就職しやすいという理由で高い実施割合となっている。ダブル・ディグリーは国際的に認められているため2 番目に高い割合となった。バイリンガル教育は様々な形で積極的に進められている。ツイニングは個人負担になるため一番低い数値になった。従って，中国の高等教育の改革は社会的な需要に見合った多様性と柔軟性のある人材の育成に役立つと言える。しかし，急速な経済発展に追従する高等教育の改革は教育の質と教育格差などの問題も抱えている。 Recent economic developments in China have exerted a strong influence on Chinese society including the rising demand for human resources that are able to perform on the “global economic stage”. This demand led to the drastic reforms in Chinese higher education in the past decade. This research focuses on the 5 fastest growing aspects of higher education and reform in China: “cross-disciplinary curricularand credit systems” [文理浸透 in Chinese], “second major” [第二専業], “double degree” [双学位], “bilingual education” [双語教育], and “twinning” [両校培養]. This research analyzes data from the top 20 universities of China and indicates that: the “cross-disciplinary curricular and credit systems”（文理融合 in Japanese）and the “second major”（副専攻）are the most widely adopted with the merits of helping secure employment.“Double degree”（ダブル・ディグリー）is also highly ranked with recognition from overseas. “Bilingualeducation”（バイリンガル教育）has taken on various styles from full foreign language education to partial education using foreign-language only materials. The lowest ranked reform is “twinning”（ツイニング）due to high costs and other requirements. The results suggest that recent reforms have made Chinese higher education systems more diverse and flexible. However, the fast pace with reforms has also induced problems with educational equity and quality. |
