| 内容記述 | 本研究は，「ふたりきょうだい」に焦点をあて，「きょうだい」関係における対人魅力の検討を行った。研究1では，日本の大学生96名を対象にきょうだいにおける対人魅力尺度を作成し，研究2では，研究1で作成した尺度を用いて性格の社会的望ましさと類似性がきょうだいの魅力に与える影響を検討した。研究1より，きょうだいにおける対人魅力尺度は「交流因子」「信頼因子」「誇り因子」の3因子全15項目の構造であり，高い信頼性があることが示された。研究2では，先行研究より，性格の社会的望ましさの方が性格の類似性よりもきょうだいの魅力に与える影響が大きいという仮説をたて検討を行った。その結果，仮説を支持する結果が得られ，きょうだい関係においても類似性の効果よりも社会的望ましさの効果の方が魅力判断における影響が大きいという，これまでの知見と一致する結果が得られた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The influence of social desirability and similarity of personality on interpersonal attraction between siblings was examined in this two-part study. The first study focused on constructing a Sibling Attraction Scale (SAS) for the mensuration of interpersonal attraction. Time-share, trust, and pride were established as the three factors of the SAS. The second study examined the effects of social desirability and similarity of personality on interpersonal attraction. As hypothesized, data collected on 96 Japanese university students confirmed that there was a significant positive correlation between social desirability/sibling attraction and similarity of personality/ sibling attraction. Meanwhile, the standardized regression coefficient was significant for social desirability/sibling attraction but not for similarity of personality/sibling attraction. In conclusion, social desirability was found to be more influential in terms of interpersonal attraction between siblings. | |||||
