| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的はタイの新しい教員養成制度のゴールと制度的枠組みを明らかにし、日本語教員養成への影響を探ることである。タイでは教育学部での教員養成が 5 年から 4年課程に移行した。新制度で求められる「専門職としての教員」のコンピテンシーは従来と異なるのか、どのようにして質を担保するのか、日本語教員養成課程はどう対応しているかを探るため、タイ語の公的資料の分析及び現地での調査研究を行った。結果、求められるコンピテンシーは大きくは変わらず、むしろ実習の重要性が増していたこと、学位認定や検定試験等を通してその質を同程度に担保しようとしていたこと、日本語教員養成課程では日本語学習時間が大幅に減少するものの、専門職としての教員養成が重視されていたことが明らかになった。公的機関からの派遣等でタイの中等日本語教育に関わる日本人は増加している。本研究の成果は今後の協働や支援のあり方を考える上で重要なものとなる。The purpose of this study is to identify the goals and framework of the new teacher training system in Thailand and to investigate its effect on Japanese language teacher training. Research questions are as follows: 1. Are the needed competencies of “teachers as professionals” different from those in the past? 2. How will the quality be ensured? 3. How does the Japanese language teaching program respond to these changes? The findings of the survey showed the following points: 1. Competencies remained relatively the same, but the importance of practical training increased; 2. Through official licensing exams and degree certification, the same level of quality was guaranteed; 3. Although the time spent studying Japanese was reduced in the Japanese language teaching program, the emphasis was on training teachers as professionals. The results of this study are crucial for future collaboration and support between Thailand and Japan. | |||||
