| 内容記述 | 医療通訳に必要なスキルを文献調査により明らかにし，国内外のプログラムについて概観する。対象論文の検索には，Pubmed，PsycINFO，Cochrane Library，Google Scholarを用いた。文献検索のために用いたキーワードは，それぞれの検索エンジンについて“Healthcare Interpreter” / “Healthcare Interpreters” / “Medical Interpreter” / “Medical Interpreters” とし，英語のみを対象とした。選択された論文より，医療通訳に必要なスキルについて言及している論文を抽出した。本研究の結果，医療通訳には正確な通訳力と医療に関する専門知識の他に，対面コミュニケーションの際に特徴的な非言語コミュニケーションスキル，異文化コミュニケーション，倫理に対する理解が必要であることが示唆されたが，国内外プログラムを概観したところ，これらのスキル開発を取り入れているかは，プログラムによって異なっていた。本研究は医療通訳教育プログラムを作成する上での根拠として示しうるものと考える。 To identify core competencies for medical interpreters and to provide an overview of domestic and international training programs for medical interpreters, a literature review was conducted by using Pubmed, PsycINFO, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar. Selected papers were investigated to find core competencies in medical interpreting. Eleven papers were selected through literature review indicating core competencies for medical interpreters. Core competencies in medical interpreting, abstracted from the literature review, showed consistency in previous research whilst the content of the programs varied in domestic and international training programs for medical interpreters. Developing these skills can be helpful for inter-cultural health communication. |
