| 内容記述 | 軽度発達障害の子どもを持つ親に対して，外来心理相談機関における心理力動論をベースとした臨床 心理士が何を目標に，どのような姿勢で面接に臨むかを考察した．査定の際に情緒障害と発達障害の併 存性，相互作用性に注意するべきことを指摘し，その社会的文脈での問題性としてとらえる視点を提供 した．現在の急速な特別支援教育の進展に伴って生じてくる，軽度発達障害が問題とされる過程，組織 と家族の間の軋轢といった社会的ダイナミクスを検討し，親の動揺への理解，援助していくための具体 的ポイントを示唆した．さらに子どもを取り巻くさまざまな対人関係過程に注目した．その過程が治療 的ネットワークとして機能していくよう，生きたシステムを理解するオープンシステムの形成を援助の 一つの目標と定位し，その核となる親との面接での心理作業を探求した． |

| 内容記述 | This article discussed what psychodynamically oriented clinical psychologists in outpatient setting should aim to work with the parents with pervasive developmental disorder children and with what kind of attitudes they should have. They should pay attention to comorbidity of, and interaction between, emotional disturbance and developmental disorder in the child. A point of view was raised that they could see the problem as occurring in a social context; the process that pervasive developmental disorder is acknowledged as a problem and social dynamics such as the conflict between the family and the institution were discussed. Some concrete points were described to understand the parents’ turbulence and support them. Interpersonal processes surrounding the child should be examined and assessed; forming an open system to understand living system should be identified as a goal so that the interpersonal processes can operate as a therapeutic network, where interview with parent can be located as a core system. | |||||
