| 内容記述 | The most remarkable difference of a human being from other animalsor particularly mammals is the deficiency of natural repressor of desire orlust. Consequently it needs to accept nomos of its community as therepressor. The transference of nomos from community to its members ismainly realized through language both explicitly and implicitly. Anindividual of homo sapiens can only be a human being by sharing nomos ofits community. It, at the same time, is inherently invested chaos which is a blind energyto develop it to all the possible directions. In other words, nomos introducedin an indivisual plays the role of molding its chaos. It is the strugglesbetween nomos and chaos within an individual that produce a genuinehuman being. | |||||
