These young people, who began appearing in various\nforms of media, lost the opportunity to choose a life course due to their\ncaring roles, and thus experience difficulties in forming a career path.\nMoreover, they are depicted as being isolated from schools and peer\nnetworks, and are excluded from a multitude of systems related to caring.\nThere is a gender difference in how these difficulties are depicted, however,\nin that they rarely feature problems or decisions surrounding career paths\nfor young women who have undertaken carer roles. For this reason, it is\nnecessary to conduct a qualitative analysis that thoroughly analyzes the\nindividual experiences of actual young people who care their families.\nThis paper will summarize the issues at hand by first reviewing the\nliterature on young people in contemporary Japan, and in particular\non women who perform caring roles and who are transitioning from\nadolescence to adulthood. This paper will also discuss the findings of\nresearch on young adult carers in England. Second, while referencing the\nissues summarized above, this paper will analyze interviews conducted\nby the author with women in early adulthood who care family members\n(who began caring in their 20s).\nThe cases treated in the literature review and the subjects interviewed\nin the author’s survey differ in terms of age, history of becoming a carer,\nand social class. There may be a large disparity in how these factors impact\na person’s life course. However, there are also similarities in the problems\nthey have experienced until now, as well as those presumed to occur in the\nfuture.\nIn addition, the subjects interviewed by the author are both older and\ncome from a higher social class compared to the cases in the literature\nreview, but through their caring experiences, they are changing the way\nthey think about their own futures, lives, and caring in general.\nTo summarize the literature review and interview case study, the\neffects that caring has on a person’s career or life course are truly diverse.\nConsequently, it is necessary to perform additional research and analysis\non young people̶especially women̶who care family members, as well\nas the effects caring has on life courses and careers after caring has ended.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.34577/00004400","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"18804764","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"松﨑, 実穂","creatorNameLang":"ja"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"6771","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2018-11-29"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"CGSjnl011_06_Matsuzaki.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.1 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_11","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"ケア役割とキャリアをめぐる「困難」 ― 家族を介護する20代から30代女性の場合","url":"https://icu.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/4555/files/CGSjnl011_06_Matsuzaki.pdf"},"version_id":"cc1d3285-14f9-4dea-aec9-3767235c9c08"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"ケア役割とキャリアをめぐる「困難」 ― 家族を介護する20代から30代女性の場合","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"ケア役割とキャリアをめぐる「困難」 ― 家族を介護する20代から30代女性の場合","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"Difficulties Faced by Caring Roles and Careers ̶Case Studies of Women in their 20s–30s Who Care Family Members","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"14","path":["475"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2018-11-29"},"publish_date":"2018-11-29","publish_status":"0","recid":"4555","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["ケア役割とキャリアをめぐる「困難」 ― 家族を介護する20代から30代女性の場合"],"weko_creator_id":"14","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-10-02T02:43:57.224562+00:00"}
