The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) and instructors in the English for Liberal Arts program (ELA) have actively encouraged ICU instructors to take advantage of these applications, particularly Google Classroom, Docs, Forms, Sheets, and Slides. The purpose of this paper is to further stimulate interest in these applications by focusing on their efficiency and effectiveness in providing feedback on students’ written work, particularly the application Google Classroom, and three tools within Google Docs (Preferences, Voice typing, and Keep notepad).
