Data were collected from three universities: one public and two private and analyzed to examine which factors from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology might promote or hinder the instructors’ behavioral intention (BI). All factors: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions were important for ICT adoption. Multiple regressions revealed none of the factors were influential in predicting instructors’ behavioral intention to adopt ICT in teaching. Two-way ANOVA discovered that female respondents had a stronger BI than their male counterparts. Respondents from the Department of Education had a stronger intention to adopt ICT than ones from the Department of Natural Sciences.
