The principles of physical health is diligence in one’s work, the dedication of a person, and observing the commandment of rest(the Sabbath). We give thanks to our Lord before eating, and obey the principles of the Creation. The principle of mental health is true repentance and being absolved, rejoicing always, giving thanks in every thing, and having the positive attitude of life. The principle of spiritual health is believing in the Author of all beings, fasting and prayer. Souls have to be healthy for the health of body, and spirit has to be replete with belief and the Holy Spirit for the sanity of souls. Holistic health of the Bible is healing and promotion of health that is premised the Biblical view of man. It is founded recovering of relation to the Lord and the salvation of Christ.
