{"created":"2023-05-15T09:31:05.298762+00:00","id":2296,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"163a8eeb-c2fb-45af-98ee-54b061c34f29"},"_deposit":{"created_by":14,"id":"2296","owners":[14],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2296"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:icu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00002296","sets":["12:2:10:298"]},"author_link":["3724"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2012-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"54","bibliographicPageEnd":"11","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"教育研究","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"今日の教員養成は“免許状主義”“大学での教員養成”“開放制”の3 つの原則によって成り立ってきた。しかし今日,教員養成・免許制度の大改革を行おうとしている中教審は,基本的にこれらの原則維持を確認したというものの,(1)教職大学院や教員養成系の研究科でしか事実上追随できないような,6年制(最近は4 + α とも言われる)の免許制度(仮称ではあるが,学部での基礎免許状・大学院での一般免許状・一定の教職経験を経た後の専門免許状等),(2)長期実習や教科指導・生徒指導に特化した大学院における養成カリキュラムの提言,(3)“即戦力”となる教員の育成を求める教育委員会が,上級免許状向けの“大学院レベル”の研修を行うことができるようにする提言などが中心的に議論されている。本稿では,今日の改革案に警鐘を鳴らし,過去20 年間のICUにおける教員養成カリキュラム開発の実績を,その改革案への対案として示して問題提起としたい。特に,リベラルアーツ教育の一環としての教員養成の意義と,キリスト教主義大学としての教員養成カリキュラムの構築に焦点をあてて議論する。\n\nThe current system in Japan for teacher certification consists of three basic principles: licensure-ism, teacher training in higher education, and open systems. In the effort to provide a major overhaul over the system, the Central Council for Education focuses on three issues: (1) the creation of a new system of professional schools for teachers (variously called professional certificates for basic teaching, advanced teaching, or specialized teaching with prior teaching experience, (2) a proposal for a new graduate-level training program for long-term practica, subject-area teaching and guidance/counseling, and (3) a proposal for graduate-level teacher training for advanced certification for those who can immediately engage in effective teaching, as sanctioned by local boards of education. The purpose of this article is to provide a judicious examination of the planned system by referring to the past 20-years of ICU’s teacher training program.
