The second half investigates the websites of the Immigration Services Agency, the Ministry of \nEducation, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the Cabinet Secretariat, and the Children and Families \nAgency to pick up policies concerning foreigners and children. These policies were then studied to evaluate \nif the perspective of language use in parenting in a multilingual environment was included. As a result, the \nImmigration Services Agency and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology were \nfound to give consideration to children’s language in a multilingual environment. On the contrary, although \nthe Cabinet Secretariat of, and the Children and Families Agency recognises foreigners and foreign children, \nthe aspect of language was inadequately addressed.
