{"created":"2023-05-15T09:29:22.443578+00:00","id":19,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"bb823753-1d5e-4eea-b4d2-828f0cb21081"},"_deposit":{"created_by":14,"id":"19","owners":[14],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"19"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:icu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000019","sets":["12:2:10:11"]},"author_link":["19"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2013-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"55","bibliographicPageEnd":"42","bibliographicPageStart":"31","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"教育研究","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"韓国における高齢者教育は,主に 高齢者教育専門機関,自治体レベル,大学などの教育機関,社会団体,宗教団体による。しかし,高齢者教育は,幼児教育,青少年教育,成人教育,女性教育などのプログラムは多くの機関で設けているのに対し,社会団体や宗教機関が運営するものという認識が強いなど払拭すべき偏見も多い。そして,韓国社会は高齢者教育機関における専門家不足と多様ではないプログラム,高齢者教育に対する社会的関心の不足などのために,高齢者がもっている潜在的教育欲求が生かされてない。また,現在の単純な趣味や健康などを中心としたものではなく,少子高齢化社会において予想される労働力不足や保健福祉問題の解決のために,高齢者の勤労能力を培い,人的資源として育成する必要がある。要するに,高齢者を社会的資本として育成しなければならない。むろん,高齢者も自らの権利として,自らが社会的資本という認識をもって,積極的に社会参加しなければならない。また,今後,韓国における高齢者教育が高齢者に重要な権利として保障される為には,高齢者が社会貢献できる制度的な改革が行われなければならない。\n\nThe education of the elderly in Korea is undertaken actively, mainly by agencies specializing in Third Age education, by educational institutions such as universities and organizations at the local authority level, and also by social and religious groups. However, a problem for Third Age education in Korea is the strong prejudice against the education of the elderly. It is believed that it is the prerogative of religious or social organizations whereas programs for preschool education, youth education, adult education, women’s education have been established by a variety of organizations. This very limiting idea needs to be eradicated. Third Age education should be done, firstly, as a form of education in which elderly people play a main role, interacting with young people (“by the elderly people”). Secondly, it should be an education whereby elderly people are the main targets (“of the elderly people”). Thirdly, it should be an education whereby elderly people are the recipients (“for the elderly people”). Interaction with young people is vital for the removal of prejudice. The lack of social interest in programs for Third Age education, the monotony of the programs and the shortage of experts in Third Age educational institutions, imply that Korean society is now unable to realize the potential educational desires of elderly people. I propose the incorporation of Third Age educational institutions into ordinary educational institutions, as “The Law of Lifelong Education”. Specialized Agencies for the education of the elderly, as well as various programs must be established based on a legal infrastructure can be run in various institutions managing Third Age educational programs by taking legal measures, following Third Age education organizations. Institutional reforms that make it possible for the elderly to contribute to society must be undertaken in order to guarantee Third Age education in future in Korea.
