 note = {近年、日本語教師が海外で働く機会が増えると共に、若手教師も海外に出て働く機会
が増えている。また、海外で教える教師にとって、現地にいる非母語話者である日本語
教師（以下、NNT）との協働が大きな課題の一つだと指摘されることが多いが、具体的
にどのような困難があり、それをいかに教師が乗り越えたのかは明らかにされていない。
そこで本稿では、海外に1 年ほど派遣され、現地のNNT と協働した経験を持った若
手日本語教師X の派遣前後の「NNT との協働」に関する意識の変容を個人別態度構造
（Personal Attitude Construct: PAC）分析法を用いて考察した。調査の結果、X は、派遣
前に持っていた「NNT との協働で経験する困難を、判断停止などをしつつ乗り越えて、
自分は成長するのだ」という意識を、派遣後には、予想以上の困難に出会ったがなんと
かそれを乗り越えられたという達成感を伴って強化したと言えることがわかった。しか
し、その過程は単調なものではなく、想定外の事態に驚き、怒り、不満を抱き、それで
も受容しようと努力したり反省したりして試行錯誤を繰り返し、悩み続けたというもの
であった。派遣中のそのような困難を乗り越えた要因としては、派遣前にX の中に認め
られる異文化受容に際して「判断停止」が重要だという意識や、派遣中の様々な人々と
の人間関係の中での体験があるようだということも明らかになった。, Recently the number of young Japanese language teachers teaching abroad has increased
with the expansion of opportunities to teach Japanese language abroad. Although some reports point out problems for Japanese native teachers’ collaboration with non-native teachers, they have not concretely reported what kind of difficulties the Japanese native teachers have and how they overcame their difficulties.
This paper analyzes the changes of consciousness towards “the collaboration with non-native teachers” of a young Japanese native teacher who experienced teaching Japanese
abroad for a year by using PAC analysis interview. It observes that the process of the change of the interviewees consciousness, and concretely reports how s/he received and reflected the experiences beyond her/his expectation. It also points out elements for overcoming difficulties such as awareness of “Judgment stop” and the relationships with the various people s/he met during the teaching abroad.},
