Secondly, the same data was analyzed by other statistical analysis programs namely ALSCAL and K-means, and this paper discusses how and why the clustering differs. Lastly, this paper points out that researchers need to be attentive to such differences during and after interviews and to analyze their data using different statistic analysis programs to verify the adequacy of the dendrograms and interpretation of the interview.
