There are two themes in this study: 1) the systematization of activities as a learning tool and 2) the development of training system for teachers. The aim of this study is to prepare the ground for establishing participatory learning in school education. As for the first theme, we have carried out two fundamental work i.e. classifying activities and verifying the versatility of those activities. As a result, we adopted a plan that classifies activities into five categories: research work, discussion/debate, presentation, ice breaking and drama work.
