In the case of the Japanese language, the approach of \"Aizuchi - Conversation signals\" is particularly interesting because it is related to a conversational signal system that has a very important function in communication interaction. \"Aizuchi\" functions comprise signals: 1. that indicate the other person is listening to the conversation, 2. of understanding of the given information, 3. of subject agreement, 4. that indicate doubt or disagreement by the listener In this research, three teaching plans of 15 to 30 minutes of duration were developed to be applied to Japanese language students of the Rio de Janeiro Federal University (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro-UFRJ) and the Rio de Janeiro Japanese Language School.
